Monday
Got into work early, introduced Ross to the team. Around 9am my first headcold of the season hits with vengence. I'd felt it coming on since Friday, but had managed to keep it at bay.
I went to the chemist for relief at lunch, but I must've looked pretty bad as I had complete strangers coming up to me not to ask how I was, but to comment "You look like death warmed up" and the like.
Unfortunately I can't take any time off until Thursday as the report to the Minister I'm working on is due close-of-business Wednesday.
Came home, went straight to bed.
