Too Many Headline Choices
I had another piece for today, and a policy of ignoring her, but had to comment...

While it's unfortunate that it took a threat against her child (which I'm not endorsing for a second) to give her a shot of perspective*, I can't say I'm unhappy that Caroline (known to regulars here as Caz & sometimes back in April '04 - I suspect - as Zac) is taking a break from leading her sycophantic mob** on nasty crusades.
Before her malice was directed Samuel's way (he's taken the high road), Caroline used to drop in here to drop a few nuggets of shit, apparently for no better reason than the fact that her brother didn't like me. An interesting motive.
The TSSH snark will continue, albeit with nowhere near Caroline's wit***, as the screeching retail-monkey (aka her brother) will be taking over.
* - I'd hoped motherhood would mellow her out, but 'twas not to be.
** - The sycophancy is kinda understandable given the circumstances. Let's face it, if you were going to play in a cage with angry animals like that, you'd want to keep 'em on-side, lest they turn and bite.
*** - I'll admit she had her moments that didn't come across as completely needlessly cruel. Not many, but some.
