MotorMouth
Was just reading this post about MotorMouth, a fuel price monitoring site, over at Lifehacker AU. Wandered over there to discover they don't cover Canberra, so I email them to ask why. Got a lovely form response:

The NRMA/RACV/RACQ etc etc should do this with national coverage.
