Social Networking Challenge
Looking for info (articles, case studies, etc) on big organisations that have ditched faxes for fax servers or better tech. Any tips or pointers on good sources?
I've put the call out on Twitter, Facebook & now Blogger, with Ask Metafilter to follow later. Which conversation will come up with the goods? Place your bets.

my "big organisation" has ditched fax machines for e-receipt of them instead. I get my 'faxes' from a web-based inbox, as a pdf. This isn't yet global practice though. And sending faxes though still involves sticking them through a fax machine!
