A few events people wanted the word spread about:

Friday night:
Are you a young single lass with a possible romantic interest in young gents in the law enforcement community? If so, head on down to The Durham in Green Square, Kingston from about 1900 hours (that's 7pm for you unsworn civilians). Look for the guys in the jeans, collared shirts & conformist haircuts by the bar. Just don't confuse them with the ADFA boys; they might not like that.

Sunday 04 Nov 01:
1300-1600 Glebe Park, Civic
Diversity and Tolerance Picnic / BBQ
From the e-mail:

Come to Glebe Park on Sunday 4 November to show your support for a diverse and tolerant community.
Bring your family, friends, neighbours and a picnic lunch.

This is our chance to show that we share concerns about our society and about communities in other parts of the world.

This event is being organised by individuals not affiliated with or motivated by any political, religious or other organisation. We hope to
involve as many people from as many different walks of life as possible.

And we'll hope to see you in Glebe Park on Sunday 4 November, from 1pm.
For further information please contact Julia 0412 090 409, Jenny 0438 552
891 or Sarah 0402 335 552

FYI Bands will be local musos including Fred Smith, the Fuelers and Barry Drive
