Looks like they're running way late. The Embassy of Belgium web site lists the opening as being scheduled for August 2004.
there's a pub here with quite the focus on the belgian beers, the Royal Oak. altohugh the couple of pints in there tonight were the guest ale, the curiously named "Rebellion Zebedee". tasty though.
