Memo to West Wing addicts
From today's Crikey newsletter:
Memo to West Wing addicts. The program ends on the ABC on 31 August with the conclusion of Series 5, but instead of Series 6 being shown next year, it has been dropped into the summer schedule from November 20 at 8.30pm. The ABC will double up with episodes as it is now doing. Hopefully that will clear the way for the final Series 7, to be shown next year, relatively soon after it goes to air in the US. – Glenn DyerReal addicts will have already seen the seventh series via the torrent networks.

I'm a latecomer, and refusing to watch the stuff on ABC until I've caught up from. the. start. I'm halfway through series 4 now and gaining momentum...
Momentum is easy to build up. Once you get stuck into an addictive story arc, you can find yourself awake past midnight on a schoolnight saying "Just one more"...
Yay! West Wing. We love it. We started watching it on ABC when they started it here, so we have seasons 1-3 to get up with, but not sure what to do about it. It is pretty compelling, though I fell asleep in last night's second episode.
