Scenes from a Weekend: #1 - I No Longer Believe The Children Are Our Future
EXT - STREET - DAY
DEAN is walking home from the shops on a bright sunny afternoon. He is listening to music and is content with the world. LIL SHIT and his friends LIL SHIT'S MATE 1 and LIL SHIT'S MATE 2 are about 6 years old and are flying down the footpath on their BMX bikes. There is a lot of room between the footpath and the street.
LIL SHIT
(yelling)
Move! Move! Move! Moooooooove!
(yelling)
Move! Move! Move! Moooooooove!
DEAN turns & sees no other obstacles between the footpath and the street.
DEAN
(annoyed)
Go around.
LIL SHIT goes off the footpath, on to the grass strip and around DEAN. LIL SHIT turns back while riding past.
LIL SHIT
Ya f**ken c**t!
Ya f**ken c**t!
LIL SHIT snaps his head back around just in time to narrowly avoid slamming into the letterboxes as LIL SHIT'S MATE 1 AND LIL SHIT'S MATE 2 ride on to the grass strip and around the corner.

Gawd bless the kids, and the attitude they pick up from their parents...
