I really like the show - people collecting funds to fund a 5th season is no worse than people buying season tickets to their favorite football team, perhaps they should dump that and give it to tsunami victims? Hell, they've only got a few billion dollars of aid so far, perhaps we could make the 5th season in Indonesia?

Aids and cancer – too profitable for a cure, ever. You’ll never see a cure in your lifetime, I think it’s nearly 1/3 of a trillion dollars going into those and that’s too big an industry to kill with something as horrible as a cure. Disease is profitable, prolonged disease is even more so.

Let the nerds have their fun – Either that or we could call it “CSI: Starfleet” and then every prick would watch it ‘cause Jerry Bruckheimer’s name would be on it.
