Singstar's Lead Designer writes - unsurprisingly - on a Singstar blog answering many Singstar PS3 questions, except "Why?", for which there is only one answer: "Because".
Q: Do you only pick artists from Sony's music label?
Deano's summary answer: No
Q: Will there be any game modes supporting four microphones?
DSA: Hadn't thought of that one until now. Maybe.
Q: Will PlayStation 2 microphones work with the game?
A: Yep
Q: Can I access another country's SingStore?
DSA: Depends
Q: How long will you continue supporting SingStar for PlayStation 2 in the future?
A: "...for a while yet"
Q: What versions are you planning for in the future?
A: "...There are also a few new versions in the works that I think will surprise people."
Yeah, like Bollywood. Didn't see that one coming huh. As one Kotaku commentor said "Now you too can pretend that you are the person on screen pretending to sing the song!". Guess that's why Ashlee Simpson's on another of the discs.
