RIP Uber-Fridge
[Life] Whatever plans I had to spend money on fun & toys went out the window overnight when the 470L gigantor fridge that I inherited from a former housemate died. I'm now exploring options for a replacement (rent/buy 2nd hand/buy new) so if you've any advice on makes, models (I doubt I'll be getting anything near 470l) and/or stores to visit or avoid, I'd be happy to receive it.

The Good Guys at Fyshwick came to the party today. A workmate & I went out to check Fyshwick whitegoods stores this afternoon & I've got to say it pays to check out a bunch of stores & bargain. I got a 300l fridge with delivery and removal of the old beast for less than Allens or Harvey Norman were willing to do. It wasn't too much more to buy new than to go for 'scratch & dent'; in fact the Good Guys price was better than the Harvey Norman 'scratch & dent' outlet was willing to do.
