Consuming in the Capital
How to link eating with the national capital? Some ponderance of how much business and socialising is done over plates and glasses? An observation of how many special event memories involve an indulgent meal? A proposal that the bureaucracy might be more productive if we were to swap doughnuts of cubicles for laptops at the communal dining tables that seem to be popping up at cafes across town (well, ok, maybe only Idelic)?
